How do I register for private lessons?
We’re so glad you’re ready to sign your child up for private lessons! Please follow the steps below on how to register .
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be signed in to your Rec. Desk account in order to reserve the lesson!
1. Start by visiting our website at
https://wccpr.recdesk.com/
2. Click on the ‘Facilities’ tab at the top of the page.
3. In the drop down menu, click ‘Private Lessons’.
4. The swim instructors with the green button ‘Reserve’ next to them are the ones who currently have open availability. Click this button in order to see the days and times they each have available.
5. You will click on the ‘Reserve’ button again to check their available time slots for that specific date.
6. When reserving the lesson, under “Member” – Choose the person taking the class. For “Description of Use” – state Private or Semi-Private Lesson. For “Group Size” type 1 for Private or 2 for Semi-Private.
7. Click on the Green circle to choose Private Swim Lessons OR Semi-Private (2 Swimmers). Then Click “Add To Cart”
8. At the Shopping Cart – verify information and Click “Go To Checkout”
9. At the Waiver page – Read the Waiver and click “I Accept Waiver”
10. At the Required Forms page, you MUST complete the Swim Lesson Pre-Program Questionnaire AND the Swim Lesson Waiver.
11. At the Pre-Program Questionnaire – complete page one and click “Next” to go to page two. Then click “Submit Form”
12. At the Required Forms page. Click on “Complete Form” for the Swim Lesson Waiver.
13. Read and Sign Waiver – Then click “Submit Form”
14. After both forms are Complete – Click on “I Completed All Forms”
15. At the Checkout page – fill in your payment information and click “Submit”
